but since i have other Rolex with the oyster, I really would like the Pepsi on the jubilee (which i also find more comfortable). Again this is my personal preference for what its worth

You're lucky that your AD allows you to order a Pepsi. I'm just at the mercy that I may get a shot at whatever comes in. But specific orders they don't do and I have been a loyal customer for over a decade.
Was told being specific was one of the main reasons. As I turned down a Batman on jubilee as I love the oyster Pepsi, one in the collection till the end!
