Washing hands as much as possible, wear a mask, and hold enough distant to strangers. Travel not if there is no immediate reason, like visiting a zoo or the cinema. But i red that taking zinc is nonsense. Only take zinc as your doctor recommended. Also for other minerals, it comes into your body by eating healthy foods. I take also a vitamine pil everyday.
