Whilst we are all getting excited about the new sub release, I am having a great time with my AirKing this evening smile

Hopefully this won’t be discontinued on 1 Sep so more collectors can consider getting this quirky and “unRolex” Rolex. To be honest I wasn’t a fan initially but many of you here convinced me with your pics over the years smile

Cheers

Thanks for this post Robin. I have been on the fence about this particular Rolex for quite some time. I will likely be getting one before the end of this year. I am also looking at the newer version of the Rolex Explorer, but your Air King has got me thinking otherwise. May have to grab one of each!

I think it’s discontinued.

Every US AD has a list of allocation for the year. These are the allotted models that they cannot order. They can use this guide in dealing with the customers throughout the year. AD still has one airking unfulfilled on the list, but was told that it’s not going to happen. Read between the lines.

I considered both too but I feel the AirKing is more special
