...without the iconic crown guard? SMDH
Just less respected by the vocal community on the forums that care about certain details about what supposedly “makes Panerai a Panerai”. We tend to forget your average guy just wants a beautiful watch that functions well while at work, or relaxing at home. That usually means comfortable, automatic winding, useful (date, etc.), and easy on the eyes. Panerai doesn’t even offer rubber straps or bracelets for these so a lower water resistance shouldn’t come as a surprise.
A nice mix of sporty and formal.
line was introduced, in Florence, I asked Dr Bonati if I could try the one he had on his wrist, in exchange for the 604 I had on mine. I liked it and told him they were going to sell like hot cakes. Everyone that had wanted a Panerai BUT was intimidated by its dimentions could, at long last, come out of the closet. Some of them I like, some of them I dislike. I wouldn't buy one with a gun pointed at my back, but I'm funny that way The one on the extreme right, is in the runninig, with the PAM123
I can't say that I have ever seen that one. It is so bad that it screams counterfeit.
it makes every other Panerai I own look...spectacular lolllll
