Subexplorer, a respected member of the WatchProSite community, shares his recent acquisition of the Panerai PAM 1075 Dextro, a limited edition timepiece. His post highlights the unique aesthetic of its frosted sandwich dial and the ergonomic comfort of its Dextro case design. This article delves into Subexplorer's personal experience securing this rare model and synthesizes the community's diverse reactions and insights regarding its distinctive features and wearability.

Hello dear friends!

I wish to share this recent catch: Pam 1075 Dextro model.

I had missed the opportunity of buying this watch last year and being a Limited Edition of just 250 watches I was told the edition was wholly sold and impossible to get through the Boutiques.

Anyway I was lucky to find a complete set, brand new never worn example at almost official retail price and I jumped on it.

I’m fascinated with the color of its “sandwich” dial and its frosted texture and the color of lume which of course glows green in the dark.

The big Luminor Dextro case is very comfortable when worn on the left wrist as the big crown bridge rests at 9 o’clock.

Here some pictures taken as soon as I brought it home.

Have a nice Sunday my dear friends!
Abel

Congrats! Asked BT last year and the SA said not a chance to get one. Didn't like the price from grey.

Congratulations on this nice catch! I love destros and 47s but that dial is known to me as the yogurt pam due to its similarity with the fermented top skin of yogurt that my mother used to make at home when I was a kid, so sadly a pass for me
