I am guessing it is two things the first being it is a Chronometre version and the second being it has a "Pie Pan Dial" Marc

. . . rose gold hands and markers; I've seen only a handful of ref 2648 / 2652 / 2852 decked out in this combo, maybe five at most over the years.
