
Dear all I still remember getting a note from our Montblanc Moderator, Mike, when I got my Montblanc Villeret watch in Aug/Sep 2013. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that Mr Alexander Schmiedt wrote a personal note to me, to congratulate me for getting a Montblanc Villeret watch and telling me

100% agree with you Nicolas. It is a weekend and Alex still spends time to show his appreciation to a new client and to congratulate Constantin on his new purchase. I am very impressed! With Alex setting such an example, no wonder I receive great service from Montblanc all the time, from the HQ to the offices to the boutiques. cheers robin

Agree Montblanc really does take care of their customers in style, esp their Villeret clients. I have heard and experienced for myself how often Montblanc staff refers to us their customers and friends as part of the Montblanc family and I personally experienced this many times in Singapore.
