Then, Mike reminded me of mother's day....
I think my mother deserves a very nice dressy watch (she only has Rolexes) and showed her a picture of the Montblanc Star Ladies Automatic Moonphase with MOP dial on the last weekend and she really liked it!
Today, I brought her to the Montblanc Mandarin Gallery flagship boutique in Singapore and we got this watch! I had to reserve this watch since yesterday as I searched the whole of Singapore and there is only 1 piece with Montblanc's flagship boutique! Apparently it is a reference that is quite rare compared to the other Star Ladies.
Some photos to share. It looks great on my mom's wrist! It has been ages since my mom and I went shopping together (she treated me like mommy's boy in the Montblanc boutique still... embarrassing for me!) 
Thanks to Montblanc Singapore (especially Eugene and Yasmin) for making our shopping experience such a good one today! My mom was very impressed with the service in the boutique.

yes she definitely enjoyed the shopping time with me yesterday (and me too). I have not shopped with her for ages (other than the occassional shopping during holidays). Reminds us of the days when I was a kiddo with her :) Thanks for your kind words jporos. I can be an even better son... still not doing enough but I will try to always be nice to her. Cheers robin

Yes, I do my best to be a good boy all the time! The key weakness I have is... i spend too much time and money on this hobby! :P So I am really glad my mom saw a watch she likes and I could get it for her cheers robin
