I don't remember the Nicholas Rieussec Chronographs having diagonal stripes on the bottom of the dial! That's why we need to visit our friendly neighbourhood store every now and then. Obviously, we cannot rely on memory. Apart from the 'bull face' on the dial, the diagonal stripes really make this model....'pop'! MTF
The watch would look boring if the geneva stripes were horizontal IMO. Below is one of my most favorite pictures I've ever taken, and it happens to be a Rieussec Cheers, Anthony
