Bruno.M1's captivating post offers a deep dive into a Breguet timepiece, highlighting its exquisite hand guilloché and engraving. His detailed photography and personal appreciation underscore why this particular Breguet, with its perpetual calendar and tourbillon, continues to resonate with collectors two decades after its creation. This article explores the enduring appeal of such horological artistry.

I don't like it ... I LOVE it !!

Quite a few different patterns of guilloche to be seen here

the back on it's own is already a work of art

Someone put quite some time in the hand engraving

Well all of this combined with a perpetual calendar and tourbillon is not that bad I suppose

A more or less 25 year old Breguet in a lovely 39 mm case

And the movement engraving makes it a jewel, but thankfully is hidden until revealed. Just as I'd prefer. I am finding more and more appreciation for Breguet. They are undervalued relative to Patek and Lange, IMO, yet extremely deserving of much love and accolades. Thanks for posting. Cheers, John
