I thought I was given a 2 year warranty when I bought this. For whatever reason I think JLC automatically updated this to their new 8 year warranty because when I called to check in on my serial number, the NYC JLC boutique told me that the warranty is until 8/30/2026. Lucky for the buyer, I had no idea.
