The problem with the date between 4 and 5 is that it doesn't match any plausible date unlike at 3, 6, 9 or 12 but I will give them credit for at least color matching it!
Do you get confused when it's the 29th and it's showing 29 where it should be showing 5 at 3 o'clock? If i understand what you're saying, and I'm not sure I do.
What I meant to say is that if the date window is at 3, 6, 9 or 12 at least once a month I can enjoy numbers around the dial being in sequence which never happens with the date between 4 & 5.
All previous MM models had pretty close matching date wheels. At least in the last handful of years. We just feel the date window at 4:30 is awkward and should be removed, especially on the MM models if nothing else.
