I am always wrong : ) But I thought the Geneva Seal was tor the finishing qualities of the watch...
...and the Fleurier Certification was for accuracy. Again, probably wrong. But I love LUC watches. Some of the best hands I've ever seen...this being no exception.

Watch with Geneva seal has to be made in Geneva.
Where QF watches need to be Swiss made. So I don’t think one is better than the other nowadays. Chopard’s LUC movement with Geneva seal has the black polished swan neck regulator. Not sure if they are finished differently though.
