Chopard Academy + 20 Years of L.U.C History + 2016 Novelty
I was invited to Chopard Academy this year again. This year is special - 20th anniversary of L.U.C collection, AND demonstration of dissembling of the caliber 1.96, FIRST TIME ever outside Swiss.

Wow.... You have never seen the legendary 1.96 in this shape.....
Dissembling demonstration has never been approved by Swiss until this time...... It is really good for the watch clients to see this done, so that they would understand how and why the L.U.C movements are soooo superb.
Early model of 1.96, as you see, the ratchet part is still metal (today, it is ceramic).
Never cut the corner... Finishing including the perlage and ruby with chaton on the dial side, which would be never seen by anyone......
