This watch should be about 40/50 years old. Chopard is a first class Jeweller who made beautiful jewelleries and jewellery-watches. This watch is typical of that category. The stones are black diamond? Chopard is now making their own movements and are in ... 

they look like plain blue sapphire to me. "black diamond" didn't become a trendy stone until the 1990s, when they learned how to fake them Aaron

My usual sources are both out of their offices travelling so please be patient. Your other route is to ask at a Chopard-owned Boutique as they may be able to find the model records from Switzerland...although we are coming up to the Summer vacation season...
