Is there a Ref 3758?
Hello, I was recently at a tag sale, and as a huge fan of all Breguets, I was drawn to a unique watch. It had a visible movement from the back, and was a ref no 3758. The front read breguet at the top, and No 884 on the bottom.
Of course, I suspect it was a fake as it had no papers, and the asking price was $500. US.
On the Breguet site it closely resembles the #5237 Classique Chronograph. The movement has some machining, but the bridge isn't signed. But in general, the watch shows much effort...but is it real?
What is the best way to tell?
