Breguet: Je m’y connais, la plus heureuse est près de vous

A follow-up to a post made regarding the Constance de Salm Liber amicorum and Breguet: Breguet made a dedication (page 272) to the Princess in the form of a watch but alas I was never able to read the dedication clearly. A couple of years ago the Louvre (Département des Arts graphiques) acquired the Book of Friends; on a whim an email was sent to the Louvre and was kindly answered with the Breguet's dedication...
"Je m’y connais, la plus heureuse est près de vous"
May someone translate Breguet's dedication for me; Google translation does not seem correct, thank you.
Note: readers may remember a nice sketch of Breguet by Jean Jacques Lagrenee the Younger appears in the
Book of Friends (page 166); I have never seen this wonderful drawing of Breguet appearing in any Breguet literature.
