Wind both - and you feel and hear the difference
Wind them, feel the resistance and listen to the winding "sound" ... Patek!
Maybe weird but that's how I bought my 5110P years ago. Pateks (most) wind nice! Nicer, much nicer that most of "the others".

I would say that the PP World Time is the Queen of the WT Category. The Finish is outstanding, as well as the layout of the dial, and certainly a better and nicer movement. But the Breguet is really appealing, too. Between these 2, I'd say the PP. At the ...
