Brian - Thanks for the additional information.  It also appears that the tube size is 2.5 mm and the domed crown needs to be quite high to accommodate a fairly long tube.

The small Crown. The No Rads, and the Civilian Milspecs came with the big crown; I saw a few Lip Blancpain which xame with the big crown, but I am far from being sure that was the correct crown. Not necessarily replacement crowns, but maybe the crown the ...
