So you would recommend a “minimum” restoration, maybe just a service and keep the cost under 1000 $.
And regarding the model you think it is a tr-900 and it’s correct understood that you think it would not be worth it to spend more then 1000 $ for restoration of this model!

If you going to send in a tr-900 into Bp for a factory restoration I think it's worth it.
But I would not spend that kinda money on the small case. Pictures aren't good but from what I can see it looks original. Spend $4-600 for a service and you won't be waisting a lot more money. Brian
