I think size is not the only thing that matters, the shape of your wrist is also important. My wrist is 18 cm and quite rounded, no prominent wrist bones. It depends on which diameters you like to wear, I wear nothing larger than 40 mm. I'd give it a try ... 

3mm smaller than Jumbo... it wears smaller than ceramic Rolex GMT and Daytona you wear... And great watch VMM... glad to see old ROs, and this one is not something we see often...

I had it till last december, I decided to trade it because I was not wearing it anymore. It was a tough decision, I really love it, but lately I've changed my mind, and I have decided to reduce the quantity in favor of quality/satisfaction, just a few pie...
