Help / replacing stolen AP 25860
Dear All,
Hoping you might be able to help me with my new project! By way of background, i was given a Royal Oak Chronograph (I think reference is 25860?) back in 2001 by my parents for my 21st. It unfortunately got stolen (along with a couple of other watches) a few years later, and I never got round to replacing it.
15 years later I've decided that is still my favourite watch, and have started a hunt for another one. I do not much like the new 41mm version (too big for my wrist) and hence looking for the original 39mm which I had, which clearly will have to be from a used archive somewhere. However, when I read posts of the watch I get confused, because I only recall it coming in white or a slate / grey background (which I had) and blue. I know that it subsequently came in various editions / different dial colours etc, but am I right in thinking there were only 3 main colours? I ask so that when I'm doing my search I know what the correct dial colour to request is! I thought (and still do) that the slate grey was the best looking dial on a watch, period!
Many thanks in advance for your help!
best
Sal
