Damn. Point taken. Yh im not changing it anytime soon. Of one comes available il be buy it for the future. Iv been told that AP have stopped doing it and now actually will rebuild the bezel from scratch

I can imagine. Given the watch is a limited edition it will be a super rare find. But that's the whole fun in the chase. Wish me luck

This was some years ago. I don't know if there is a current policy on it or if it can be changed at a service center.

I have seen two pieces with the ceramic bezel before. One was on display at the AP Museum in Le Brassus, the other on the wrist of an owner in Florida. It definitely changes the character of the watch.

Iv onlybseen it once in the grey market and should have picked it up then!

Been told by the CS reps that both Ceramic and Carbon bezel replacements are still available at the service centre. Now the hard part deciding whether to have it restored to its former glory or go down the ceramic route??
