Yes I would agree as well. Robert and I share horological friends so it was an easy transaction. I knew what I was getting prior to ever receiving the watch. But this will compliment my gun collection just a few teaser shots of some of my 1911s ...  

But that is awesome!! I love the EBs. I almost bought a Signature edition myself. Is the all-blued w/ Ivory grips also a Brown? I own only (1) 1911 (blasphemy, right!!). Ed Brown Commander with some minor custom touches. I shoot it well. I went to my rang...

Congrats. Looks perfectly good on your wrist.

But never pulled the trigger (no pun intended) because of the size. When I knew it was coming from Robert I said what the heck and I'm glad I did. It wear surprisingly well.

The End of Days is the other one for me. I say this not as an AP guy, more of a general observer. But yours and the End of Days are the two I’d like to own. Enjoy it.

And share the very same sentiment. I’m not really a ROO kind of guy but I will be adding a EOD to the collection as well. Because of the same reason you stated it is an era watch. And these two exemplify that era the best IMO. Now that I know the watch is...
