Thanks Alkis......You're the best!

I just wanted to share an experience i had today.

Being that i live in NYC, i called up Alkis and told him that my Richard Lange was running fast. Almost 12 seconds a day. His reaction was " that is not acceptable, bring it in before lunchtime today and i will check it out for you".
So i show up at his place of business and he and Stacey greet me warmly. I hand over my Richard Lange and i take a seat in his tiny waiting area. Alkis proceeds to regulate the watch while i sit and wait. 30 minutes later he hands my watch back to me and tells me it will now run about -1 to +1 sec a day. He shakes my hand and tells me to enjoy my watch as I head out of his place of business.
That was a wonderful experience that i was very impressed with. Thanks again Alkis. Lange is lucky to have someone like you caring for their customers.

Living here in the San Francisco area, I suppose I should consider myself lucky to have a Certified Rolex Service Facility where I can give specific instructions not to over-polish, to carry out specifics, etc. But we don't have a Lange service facility n...

That is my No. 1 reason why I started collecting Lange.

No such thing here in Tokyo, because the service center is the same for all Richemont, and the Lange side isnt that much better. Right now my RL is out there again for the 2nd time, and still hasnt come back yet! Cheers Stephen

I just received my Lange 1 back -- they do such great work and return the timepieces in pristine shape. Stacey is great to deal with and Alkis is one reason that I choose Lange over other brands. He makes servicing incredibly pleasant.
