I bought a Little Lange this May from one of its two retail dealers in NYC this April. Last week it stopped completely after having stoppage problems for a few days. I was surprised for this to happen since I assumed it had such a good name reputation. I know its under warranty but an event like this makes me wonder about the company. I do not think I did anything to cause the problem. If this has occurred to other owners, I would like to know.

Send in your watch.
Lange has good reputation in providing good service. In my case, the watchmaker repaired my watch and recorded detail particulars in service log book. The warantty period runs afresh from the date of service. Regards Ling
