You would get a fantastic duo of PC&Chronograph watches but I also like to not have similar complications. The Datograph Up&Down in this context is in my opinion more complementary with the Patek. In any case: no wrong decision... both Lange are s... 

As Fx, I would have said the PC-Chrono themed collection is interesting but I personally prefer to take it from a diversification angle. Thus, I would privilege the Dato Up Down. But this is very personal. Cheers, Mark

Either way, you will have some "similar" complications since all the watches are chronos. This is one decision where the idea of "diversifying" the collection is not terribly relevant, but there is a big difference in the watches under consideration. You ...

but the dato looks a bit big on your wrist. the 5970 though looks perfect. its a watch i would like to own one day. the dato perp is ok but i tend to side with the others when they say diversity in a collection. you already have the best perp-chrono watch... 

The DP is the outstanding. In my eyes, it is a much more modern interpretation of a PCC. The 5970 is gorgeous too and worthy of keeping. But the DP is completely different in looks both from the front and back. Furthermore, in my eyes, the Lange's movemen...
