I brought a perfectly working watch in for a 5year service, as we all we should do.. but it came back twice with issues, and now it is on the 3rd trip back to Lange. All with different issues!

Talk about QC. Excuses, human error, oversight, unforeseen etc etc.

Now, looking back, I should never have trusted the notion of sending it back for a regular service. Why? Because I have experienced more grief after sending it back for a service!

Remember, production has been ramped up over the years, but, did you know the service people are also those who assemble the watches? Time and resources allocated to servicing old watches definitely not as much assembling new pieces meant for sale!
