Hi guys, Wanted to share my recent experience with lange's qc issues. It started with my btq RL (which actually had a blemished dial and had to be cleaned). Recently my RL's power resv could only last for 24hrs. So my 1.5yrs old RL was sent back to factor... 

I know that quality control is one of the key principles for Lange (and it is one of the reasons of the opening of the new building at the Manufacture). Of course, a 100% quality is sadly impossible to achieve even if a brand like Lange wants to achieve t... 

Sorry to hear your side of the story. However, for sure. You ain't cheap to hire as QC engineer!!! lol

Its good to know that the new building is to be used for qc purposes... Ym

I brought a perfectly working watch in for a 5year service, as we all we should do.. but it came back twice with issues, and now it is on the 3rd trip back to Lange. All with different issues! Talk about QC. Excuses, human error, oversight, unforeseen etc... 

That is totally unacceptable.. May i know what model was it? Ym
