fog: pull out the winding crown
I agree 100% with the previous comment that the watch needs to be sent in for repair ASAP. For time being, pull out the winding crown and leave it open. Moisture needs a passage way to escape and this may be helpful on the margin.

I have a cloudy crystal so clearly there is some condensation that seeped into my watch. Is this a big (expensive) deal to fix? The back of the watch looks fine. Is this usually sealed from the front or does the whole watch need to be cleaned and repaired...
