Checking a manual wind watch's isochronism over the second half of a 50 hour power reserve is like checking your car's top speed or handling with a trunk full of bricks. It's just not informative or relevant IMHO.

...is almost certainly a sign of a magnetized watch. Especially if this happened all of a sudden. The cure may thus be as simple as slipping it through a watch demagnetizing coil...
