I will definitely go for the steel case.
My first choice is salmon with a blue strap. I prefer baton over roman as it seems that baton numeral represents Gronfeld design language, while roman dial can be found in other brands. Not sure if I am right about this.

There‘s a lot of best choices imho.
So whats more important to you, the dial or the case material? I‘d decide the more important one first and then go on from there.
