We've been eating avocado toast a lot since I've been baking ciabatta loaves

but I haven't taken any pictures. It's very easy for us as they are grown by 3-4 of our neighbors and can be readily found in stores too.
For those new to the treat:
Toast your bread; You can use any kind of toast or sliced bread you have but I like to use crusty bread or whole grain toast. Next, mash an avocado in a small bowl with a fork. Add cilantro, lime, and salt + pepper then spread the mixture on the toasted slice of bread.
Is avocado toast healthy? In most cases, yes. It may be higher in fat and calories than a simple piece of fruit, but is able to keep you feeling full longer. Avocado toast contains a huge number of useful nutrients and antioxidants (especially when made on whole grain bread).
Oleic acid, a compound in avocados' healthy monounsaturated fats (MUFAs), may trigger your body to actually quiet hunger. Stick to a half of an avocado a day and watch that belly fat melt away. The creamy fruit is also packed with fiber and protein.
Avocados are thought to have originated in Mexico, Central and South America. Avocado trees were first planted in Florida in 1833 and then in California in 1856. California now accounts for the majority of U.S. avocado production, followed by Florida and Hawaii.
End of Internet wisdom.
Happy munching
