The only 'flaw' IMHO...
...is the Leap Year indicator. It does add a bit of imbalance which can be interesting, but I have yet to see a dial where the printing of June, July, and August isn't distracting. Why not put the Leap Year indicator inside the Months sub-dial? Other than...
