Front or Back?
Which side is more attractive? A difficult decision. I think it\'s simply both. ...
I have not yet owned an AL&S, but for me this has always been their very best model.
I admire some of the other movements and mechanisms, but this original Dato is the best the brand has ever offered in my view. Thanks for the great photos!
On the original model both sides with a slight preference for the backside.
On the current one only the backside as the black of the front is dull.
