I got a question:

When you asked "Do you finish every single watch by yourself?"
Dufour siad: "Yes, I do. I have finished and will still finish all watches by myself."

What does he mean by "finish al watches by himself'?

He "finishes" all the parts? i.e. He polishes all the parts by himself only? or...
He "finishes" all the watches? i.e. He assembles all the movements from the individual parts and put it inside the cases?

To me, the meaning of "finish" is too broad especially in watch making. Could you elaborate on that and give a clear definition on "finish" in the right context?

BTW, if he still "finishes" all the watches himself, do you know what the other watch makers are working on in his workshop? How about the new work makers he is going to hire? What will they work on when they join?
