Ran into an 1815 Thin Honeygold. Ended well
The other day, I had a catch-up coffee with my AD. Except he had run out of coffee so we had tea. To compensate he brought out a trio of very nice watches. I went in well dressed with the Jaeger-LeCoultre Amvox 2 - but left with another watch on my wrist....
What a pick-up?!?!?!? I had no idea that any of these were still in the wild, unclaimed.

And it’s a nice compliment to your 1815. If the anniversary piece had a sub seconds (like your existing 1815) would you have bought it?

The honeygold and the thinness were probably what closed the sale. But I would probably have hesitated if it had looked more like the one I already had. Good point! Claus

Looks almost like white gold in daylight
With indoor light it looks more like rose gold ... you noticed that?
I really wish that Honey Gold was an option in more of their watches...
...but I also understand the point of exclusivity...
