Love the 34mm 1815...
For me, the white gold is the winner. The pink gold/blue dial combination looks rather odd to me yet...intriguing.
I really like how they decided to go with HG on the Odysseus to keep it "not ostentatious" as per Mr. Schmid's words, but more special than white gold. It's not a combination that I'd personally wear w/ the brown dial but I can't deny it's a lovely, lovely watch.
The Minute Repeater Perpetual is...well, no words need to be said!

White is the one I'd pick...
I'm not too sure on the pink/blue combination - it strikes me as odd at first but I find myself intrigued by it. Definitely would need to compare the two in person to decide.
I would pick rose gold personally:
