I believe Lange only makes a honey gold deployant in 18mm. Is there any reason one couldn't use that on a watch that was made with a 16mm buckle width? (esp if they were willing to buy a 18mm width strap).

I have a 16mm deployant on my Datograph which normally takes 18mm. You just need to get a strap that fits the size of the lugs and buckle. Tony

for a specific size at the buckle/deployant end. So you can do whatever you like as long as you make sure that you have the appropriate strap! Best, Emmanuel
