I think Swiss Watch Repair Corp. in NYC (Alkis) is the only Lange-authorized watchmaker in the world who is not a Lange employee.
The only other Lange-authorized watchmakers in the US work at the NYC boutique. Presently there are two of them.
There may be other Lange-authorized watchmakers who work at Lange boutiques outside the US. I am not sure. If anyone else knows this with certainty, please share which boutiques outside the US have Lange-authorized watchmakers working in them on-site.
Lange will not send parts to any watchmaker other than their Lange-authorized watchmakers, and Lange may charge substantially more money to owners who send watches for servicing that were previously opened by non-Lange watchmakers, even if there's no visible damage or apparent malfunction that's noticeable to the owner.
Authorized Lange Service outside of the Lange Boutiques
Hello So when it comes time to service a Lange watch, an owner can take the the Lange Boutique and some limited remaining Lange ADs and the servicing is done by an in house Lange watch maker. Where are the remaining outside Lange but still Lange authorize...

I believe there is one in HK as well. But, even if you deliver to Alkis or any Lange retailer / boutique, above a certain complexity, all goes to Glashütte. All Zeitwerks also go to Germany. So it does not matter much from which point you leave it to. Wem...
