The first Lange is special. And the book is a great read. Enjoy.

Interesting book! My copy has a hand written signature in it ...

 By: Salvator Mundi : February 16th, 2017-22:21
Does anyone know whether the signature might be authentic? I bought the book used. ...

Wow. You lucky man. A signed Walter Lange Book is indeed rare.

 By: Bounce781 : February 17th, 2017-18:45
The signature looks like the engraved one on a limited edition Lange 1815 Up/Down which was released a while ago. (Pic from TimeZome) ...

Thanks a lot, makes my book even more valuable!

In the meantime I found out that my Lange Catalog 2016 also contains Walter Langes signature - printed, of course - below his introductory foreword. Another proof!

Found personal signature of Walter Lange

In Catalog of Lange watches 1999-2000 Another signature found in Tourbograph Pour le Merite. Lange 2006, but it is printed facsimile WBR Serge ...

That is too cool! [nt]

 By: TheMadDruid : February 18th, 2017-12:28

It should be authentic

 By: serg70 : April 9th, 2017-03:39
Its not faximile and is not printed. As far as I know (I have only the german edition), book was printed without signature. So you are lucky owner of Walter Lange personal signed copy of the book WBR Serge

I have the english edition.
