A. Lange & Söhne

Homecoming day

And so, left-to-right:

The Richard Lange (232.032). 40.5mm. Burkhardt Geyer's first caliber for Lange - with the split-wheel tensioning mechanism in the centre seconds train to eliminate flutter. A robust instrument.

The 1815 (235.032). 38.5mm. The contemporary version of my first Lange love. Refreshingly simple. Clarifying.

The 1815 Annual Calendar (238.032) 40mm. Just called up to the team. A manually-wound complex calendar with innovative push-button synchronised correction, including the moon phase. Pretty.

The 1815 Up/Down (234.032). 39mm. With Otto Lange's patented - and integrated - power reserve mechanism and Lange-dropped sub-dials. "The last Lange I would ever part with." Symmetrical.

The Lange 1 Moon Phase (192.032). 38.5mm. 438 parts and particularly dense in the hand. Continuously-driven moon phase. Integrated day / night indicator. Lumed features. Asymmetrical but deeply congruent.

One for each day of the working week.

Enjoy,  aviya.
