Finally, an update....
.... The kind folks from Lange were kind enough to look into this matter, and have advised that 30 pieces of each version (one with 'Singapore' and one with 'Kuala Lumpur') were crafted. It is, strictly speaking, not a limited edition as the numbers were not engraved on the caseback. The probablity of the dial being reproduced is extremely remote though, considering the update of Santiago and Bueno Aires on the city ring.
