It is indeed my first lange. I originally went to my local dealer to look at a Richard Lange over a year ago. At that time, I had no intention of purchasing the Homage Moonphase, but saw one in display with its two "older" brothers. I didn't even ask to try it on; however, that short stare had a lasting impression on me and I knew that was the watch for me. It was simple yet complex and I was in awe of Lange's desire of making such an accurate moonphase. When I came back to the dealer a month or so later, it was sadly gone. One morning it hit me that I had to purchase it and I frantically called dealers to order one. Luckily, the dealer I visited had one spot remaining and all the cards fell into place.
