I have no words enought to say how marvellous is this watch. This piece may be "the most german" of Lange. Its a stunning watch. Emanel dial, the most precious mechanism, and all the knowhow of Lange. Thousand of Congratulations.

been hunting for so long. The Anniversary is a wonderful watch, with the somewhat stark, clearly read enamel dial on the front and the saxomat movement with it's wonderful rotor on the back. Wear it in good health! Steve

I'm not a big fan of Lange but i could live with it ... This anniversary is a very exquisite model and it reminds me a bit of a certain Breguet (can't remember which one), looking forward for some serious "amanico-pictures" and i'm sure my apprciation for... 

One still exists, the 5140, with the enamel dial... The other one I know was the 1775, released under subscription for the 225th Anniversary ( curious, another Jubilée piece which comes with an enamel dial...), and which was Limited to 225 pieces... Plati... 

It is fun to choose which strap to use with...  

as you have jst got the JLC Duometre, such an interesting watch, a class apart, in the every sense, i suppose u must be still in the phase of "discovering" the watch, where the watch grows on you slowly, more and more every day... Maybe you must be even d... 

I know quite well this piece as I hunt it for several years, now... As I had the opportunity to trade it with my Wempe IWC Regulateur, I couldn't let go this chance to get this wonderful piece. I fully enjoy the Duo Metre, and discover it each day more an... 

... not to be afraid of our respective wish lists. Usually, its our entourage that shakes in fear Wives, parents, friends, etc... K.

The good thing, now, is that my Wish List is shorter than my collection... But some pieces are BIG, maybe a bit to big, and become Holy Grails for me, as your Celestial!!! The better thing is that now, I can stay with my collection and enjoy each piece of... 

My wish list is also very small but what I'm wishing for is enormous, LOL. Trying to rearrange portfolio(collection) so that quantity decreases but quality increases. Also less maintenance and more pleasure each time a grail piece is on the wrist. It's ha... 

Which is THE solution to get a nice Collection... I think it is very personal, as some only want Military Watches, other collect only one brand, such as PP, VC, or JLC, and there are some others, like you and me, which are very pleased with several brands... 

indeed even after all these years. Its enamel dial reminds me of early Lange pocketwatches whenever I see one. The Datograph is truly one of the great chronos within the past 10 years. The movement is probably the best IMHO and this platinum combo has a v... 

This Anniversary is an Ode to Old Wathcmaking, in a noble meaning... All the Codes are here, with these roman numbers ans this atypical IIII, the Red XII, this chemin de fer, and of course, the finish of the movement. Both are very nice Companions ofr my ...
