An optical illusion, but it got me thinking. Lange has cautiously dipped its toes into salmon dials with the Datograph Perpetual Tourbillon and the Lange 1 Perpetual. This was probably in response to market sentiments. Given that both proved to be desirab...  

is superb and very appealing to me. And I find this silver dial colour perfect for this watch. Wear it in good health. Thomas

I find myself going back to the grey strap, despite having a number of other colours. The combination makes me smile!

the best combo. It makes the appearance of this classic and powerful watch very chic but yet sophisticated.

It will probably stay with the grey for the foreseeable future, till I feel more adventurous.

I doubt that is likely though. My gut feeling is that Lange will keep this only for exclusive releases.

If my memory serves me well there was a unique 1815 Chronograph with a rose gold dial, the winner watch Concorso d'eleganza Villa d'Este

I was blown away by that unique 1815 Chronograph. Based purely on pictures alone, it's a stunner.

I prefer classic white and black dials on my watches. Other colors look interesting, but I'm not sure how well they'll stand the test of time. Enjoy!

To be honest, my dial choices have been very conservative as well. My wife thinks they look all alike!

And that Datograph Perpetual Tourbillon is just my cryptonite, my one ring!!
