The fire under the boiler heats up the water. When the pressure is high enough, the hot water finds it’s way up, through the sieve, reaching the coffee bean powder, to the upper reservoir.

Strong coffee taste the best, you can ask the Italians. Granda!
Take for example Lavaza or Grand’Mère.
When you drink this, you forget Nespresso.
i m fancy to buy such a machine
instead of my Jura , how do you consider the quality of coffe its make , strong enough .Any idea on the presssure by accident. Sorry but coffe is the 2nd most important for me

how did you come to that conclusion tha i think the machine will explode?
i know how does it works rather i ve asked how strong the pressure the machine can create, anything less than 19bar is out of the game for me.
