Does Anyone know when or if this company will re-open? I would have thought it would have been at the latest this year at W and W. Is there even an up and running company service faculty for the UJ watches?

Yes, they will relaunch the brand.
Venla Voutilainen is taking care of after sales and service requests. I believe they will officially relaunch next year. I own a Ref. 2 from the early 90's and I have no worries for getting that serviced.
