I have for sale or trade this beautiful and rare manual wind Urban Jurgensen Sonner (UJS) Reference 11L with in House P4 movement. Housed in a 42mm, 18K Rose Gold case with sapphire crystal front and back and screw in case back. This piece has one of the most beautifully executed guilloche dials and handset’s I have ever seen at any price level. The dial is made by hand on a Rose Engine. The hands are likewise made by hand using a complex time consuming process but the quality is nothing short of extraordinary. The movement is beautifully finished in a sunray pattern and has an 88HR power reserve. Kari Voutilainen is a big fan of the UJS brand and you can see the similarities in most of Kari’s beautiful watches. I would say this watch is very close in finish quality to any of the very high end independents at a fraction of the price.
The watch is in Mint condition and comes with everything and more. The warranty card is dated September 2014 and signed by the former owner of the company Dr. Helmut Crott. I am also including an unworn OEM brown Crocodile strap ($400 value) and a beautiful UJS coffee Table book ($250 value). This watch is very hard to find and I have never seen another one for sale on any of the popular watch trading web sites. Current retail is approximately $30,000. I am asking $19,000 or I would be open to trades primarily towards stainless steel sports watches (preferably Rolex, AP or Panerai).
