Hi Cpt Scarlet, good point. Pictures are never good for telling true colors, yet you are right. The galvanic blue we have used is the same* as the Aqua blue (*if we can say that galvanic makes something always the same which is not true: in the same bath the begining of the serie and the end will be slightly different yet we wouldn’t perceive it), but the engraving is different. The chisel angle is 22.5• instead of 17.5• so it is a deeper and wider cut and the distance between each cut is 0.8 mm instead of 0.25 lesving a lot of the dial surface uncut / virgin. The light is reflected differently and as a consequence the blue colour looks darker (yet always fascinating). That was the technical minute of the sunday night. Well seen! Enjoy time. All the best.
